TRANSPARENCY IS PART OF THE PRODUCT

Sleep science as context.
Your answers as the starting point.

Circadian rhythms follow roughly 24-hour cycles. Light and darkness are important signals for these rhythms. Understanding your routine can give you a useful starting point for reflection.

How the assessment works

A structured scoring system organizes your self-reported habits into five dimensions and six possible profiles. It does not measure melatonin, sleep stages, or your internal clock.

What the research does—and does not—support

General circadian research provides educational background. It does not validate this assessment or imply endorsement by a university, researcher, or medical organization.

When to seek more support

This is an educational tool for adults, not a diagnosis or treatment. Ongoing sleep difficulties or daytime sleepiness should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

BEFORE YOU START

A few fair questions.

What is free, and what costs money?

Your score, five-dimension breakdown, sleep profile, and one starter action are free. A more detailed PDF report is an optional $9 USD, one-time purchase. A separate 30-day habit plan is $29 USD and includes the report. There is no subscription.

Do I need a wearable or a sleep diary?

No device is needed. Answer 15 core questions plus relevant follow-up and lifestyle questions about your recent routine. Allow about 3–5 minutes; the number of questions varies with your answers.

Will this tell me why I am tired?

It can help you reflect on patterns in the sleep habits and energy levels you report. It cannot determine the cause of fatigue, measure your internal body clock, or diagnose a sleep disorder. Persistent symptoms deserve a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional.

How personalized is the report?

Your answers determine five scores, a primary profile, possible secondary patterns, and context notes. Priority actions are selected from a structured library for your profile. The report is generated automatically; it is not an individual clinician review.

Why do you ask for my email?

After the questions, we ask for your name, email, and permission to process your answers so your assessment can be saved and linked to a report purchase. Marketing email is a separate, optional choice. Your free result appears on screen.

I am in Canada. What currency will I pay in?

Prices are in US dollars (USD), including for Canadian customers. Your card provider may apply a currency conversion rate and fees. Review the final amount in Stripe before paying.
